I don't particularly like going to the doctor's office, however, my experience here was positive and the treatment was good. I would see Dr. Michele O'Fallon again for my medical needs.

Both my children, my parents, and I all go to Alaska Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. I would absolutely recommend their practice to my friends. The kids have always felt comfortable with Dr Montano, and the staff are very friendly. They always have time to see the kids when they are sick and check up on them telephonically to ensure they are doing well afterwards.

I have been a patient with Dr. Montano for about ten years. I have found her to be knowledgable, patient, honest and kind. While the office space and support staff are not as shiny or polished as others I have been to, I find the quality of medical care very good.

Have you met Stephanie B.? Well, let me fill you in.. She takes the health & well being of her patients seriously. She makes sure to understand what you need, even if you have bouts of word-salad and brain fog like I do. She WILL call you back. And she has a fantastic sense of humor and calls you ‘gorgeous’. And let me just say, when you’re in a world of pain or depression, that can make all the difference. Amazing proffessional, lovely humanbeing. Highly recommend!

Thank you for taking the medical stance necessary to protect society. Not many folks like to practice what they preach these days. If doctors can be sued for malpractices, they should also have the right to refuse those who deny their medical advice to protect themselves from those same suits. They should be able to protect their collective patients who would be affected by the inactions (or refusal) of others as well.

Dr. Montano has been my internist for over 10 years, and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received. I also occasionally see Dr. O'Fallon, and have had equally positive experiences. What I appreciate most about this practice is the thoroughness of the internists. They take the time to ask questions, truly listen to my concerns, and are always willing to investigate until they find answers. They are not only knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest medical advancements, but also kind and direct in their communication, which I value. The addition of Summer Engler, a rheumatologist, to the practice is a fantastic asset, further expanding their wealth of knowledge and treatment options. The entire staff is friendly and efficient, making every visit as smooth as possible. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent and comprehensive healthcare.

I have been a patient of Dr. O'Fallon's for years. She is on top of the best and most appropriate treatments including medications for myriad issues and is thorough and practical. Her assistant, Stephanie, is outstanding. They will fit me in if it is urgent and also do followup, above and beyond what is normal. I appreciate all they have done for me.

I was a patient of Dr. Montana for a couple of years before I left Alaska. She was wonderful. She took the time to listen to my concerns, provide the appropriate treatment plan and was very thorough in her care. I'm not so concerned about office staff. They often have to deal with rude people in person and on the phone. Just smile and tell them to have a nice day, that might be all they need to give you a smile and thank you.
